Sara Pazell is an energetic, passionate and experienced specialist in human-centred design (human factors & ergonomics) and workplace well-being. She is a sought-after work analyst and designer, and, through her knowledge of human performance and analysis of human task requirements, she advises structural designers (engineers, architects, interior designers) and organisational systems strategists in how to create the best possible work conditions and design for productivity and well-being.
Sara recently joined Humanscale as the Managing Ergonomics Consultant for Asia Pacific, is Founder and Director of Viva! Health at Work, and a contract lecturer at the University of Sunshine Coast and Queensland University of Technology.
